Welcome to ReelMart (referred to as the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, its website, and other online products and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by REELSHOP GROUP LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our").

By registering for an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services.

1. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account, and you agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all mini-dramas, videos, scripts, audio tracks, text, graphics, logos, and UI designs) are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and watch the content in the App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use any content from the App without our express prior written permission.

3. Virtual Coins and Payments

The App utilizes an in-app currency system, which allows users to purchase and use "Coins" or "Gems" to unlock episodes of mini-dramas. The following terms apply to virtual currency:

  • Purchases: You can purchase Coins through Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app purchases. Payments will be processed through your mobile store account. Prices are subject to change.
  • No Cash Value: Coins are virtual items. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold to other users.
  • Refund Policy: All purchases of virtual Coins are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the platform policies of Apple and Google. If you wish to request a refund, you must contact Apple or Google customer support directly, as transactions are processed by their stores.
  • Expiration & Termination: We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency at our sole discretion. We will have no liability to you or anyone else in the event we exercise these rights. Your virtual Coins may be lost if your account is terminated or suspended for violating these Terms.

4. User Conduct Guidelines

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using our Services:

  • Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Violating or encouraging others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
  • Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the App or decrypt any transmissions to or from our servers.
  • Using automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to download, harvest, or copy content from the App.
  • Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting rewards or daily tasks.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL REELSHOP GROUP LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hong Kong.

7. Termination of Services

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any unused virtual currency will be forfeited.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
